4.Go for a walk and don't think about your problems just look at people observe their faces their gestures ...enjoy little details about nature and others

10. Take a long bath with candles and music,give your body an proper cleanse,moisturize ,put a new fresh pyjamas set ...watch a movie or an episode of friends you cant go wrong friends 😇
